Dr. Prasad S. M. is the Managing Director of Career Spark. He has been associated with the company since its inception as promoter.

Dr. Prasad has been honoured in various programmes for his support of the Kannada and English languages. He also has his own film production house.
He is the Founder and Chairperson for the overall working of Career Spark and Royal Dreamz, and is instrumental in making strategic decisions for the companies.
